When I found a wet spot on my upstairs bathroom ceiling, I called them and they came out immediately, found where the roof was leaking and fixed the problem. The repair charge was more than reasonable. At that time, they informed me that my roof was still in good shape and would last for another few years. Because I impressed with their customer service and work, I called for an estimate when it was time to put a new roof on my home. During the call, they immediately set an appointment to come out to do an inspection and estimate. From that point on, I can only say wonderful things about Hillcrest Roofing. They were very efficient and took excellent care of my property while working. The roof was completed in one day and their clean-up process was excellent. Finding one small issue, they followed up with me until the issue was completed to my satisfaction. They are extremely punctual, reliable, and professional. I recommend them highly.
